From St Mawes and the Roseland: Follow the and turn right into Tregony village just before the Fal bridge,  pass the King’s Arms on the left and turn right approx 300m later into Roseland Parc . Follow the signs to the Reception building. The physiotherapy area is in the Fitness Suite on the Lower Level .

From Truro: Take the from the A390 until you cross the Fal bridge, turn left into Tregony village. Folow directions above.

From St. Austell : Take the off the A390, just after Hewas Water and follow signs to Tregony. Pass the Roseland School on the right as you come into the village, come down the hill and prepare to turn left into Roseland Parc at the end of it’s stone wall
